Shipping
When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.
When your bag is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with a link to track it.
For all shipments, the courier company is responsible for the delivery and transport. But of course we do our best to assist you wherever we can. Don’t hesitate to contact us.

Shipping time
We kindly ask for a delivery period of 2/7 days. Craftsmanship needs some time and patience.
Delivery times are estimates and provided as guidelines only. Please note that in some areas there is a limited range of delivery services available. We will endeavor to send your order out as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. During the holiday season, the large amount of orders can result in longer delivery times.
For security reasons, all Maeve orders outside The Netherlands require a signature upon delivery. Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.

All our leather bags & accessoires are handcrafted in our own atelier in Eindhoven. Each Leather skin is unique, so color differences or vein marks may appear and are natural features. This adds to the charm of this leather luxury item.

Have you damaged your bag?
Then no returns or exchanges can be accepted. If your bags has a production error look at the line below.

Can i return my bag?
All our bags are made with love. Due to our limited quantities, we do not have a returns policy.
If your bag is damaged upon delivery, or if something breaks due to a production error (within one year of purchase)).

To return it must meet the following conditions:
• Return shipments can only be returned in consultation with Maeve the brand.
• Returned items must be unworn and complete, including the original box.
• Customers will not receive a refund for any delivery charges paid in connection with the order.
• First get in contact with Maeve the brand for return reason. Otherwise we will not accept this.

Returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to you or a refund denied. Any package returned after the prescribed time frame will be rejected and returned to sender.
Without a valid return form, these costs are yours to bear.
The costs and risks associated with returning product(s) are borne by the sender. Maeve is not responsible for refunding any import duties/taxes your order may have incurred on returned items. Maeve cannot be held responsible in case of loss, theft or damage of the returned package.
Upon receipt of the returned product, the refunds will be credited to you in a Maeve the band voucher.
